Low HR even though feel fine. Drink stimulates. NO BB's

Some reason I have weeks where my heart is just plain low. Like olympic athlete low. No beta blockers.I even have anxiety and I drink caffeine just cause I want it to come up. Drs says its fine cause of no symptoms. I suffered for 2 years with PACS but they vanished or I just dont feel them anymore. Heres a pic of me just sitting here working at my laptop

I am the same as you. My heart rate is always slow and I drink a bunch of caffeine too. I also have health anxiety so anytime the number is high or low I get anxious. My pulse has been staying in the 50's most of the time when sitting and dips to 45 or so at sleep. Last time I was at the doctors it was 52 in the office and the nurse said that was great. I had a couple ekgs and they came out normal and blood work too. My mothers is also always low so maybe it runs in my family.

It is possible that the anxiety and the caffeine is partly the problem.  When we feel anxious our heart beat rises.  The brain and the central nervous system tries to compensate for this by slowing the heart rate.  So when you are not anxious it is possible your heart rate is slower because the brain is use to it beating faster.  If you tackle your anxiety and remove caffeine from your diet you may find that your heart rate evens out to a more normal steady rate.  This said, if you have no symptoms because of the slow rate doctors don't do much.  The only solution is a pacemaker which is very invasive so without symptoms a doctor would not put you through that.  Also our heart rates do fluctuate.  It is very possibly all of us have periodic dips like you experience but people don't generally monitor their hearts so would really be oblivious to it all unless they are experiencing symptoms.   So try to not over focus on the heart.  It will actually only work to produce more symptoms and anxiety in you.  Take care.

Hi... Well ive had attempts at the anxiety. 4 ssris and nothing worked. Only thing that mildly works is the caffeine.

The caffeine isbactually recommendation from the cardio lol. Since he sees it slow he recommended trying some coffee each day.

Oops meant to say only thing to work is clonazepam.
This said, caffeine is known to have an affect on heart rhythm and is a stimulant which would heighten anxiety and the nervous system so not likely a good thing for someone who struggles with anxiety and fears heart symptoms.
