borderline ECG nonspecific st abnormality should i be worried?

I went to the er with my heart racing twice in the last month. They did all the tests and sent me home saying all is perfect. I received a copy of my hospital reports and all 3 of my ECG'S say borderline ECG nonspecific abnormality. should I be worried? my ECG'S in the past were all normal. I am a 33 yr old female pretty healthy.

It is pretty common for ECGs to read borderline.  They are very sensitive and generally don't amount to any really issue.  I wouldn't put too much into it but I would say you might want to get a full check up with a doctor not just the ER which will only check to make sure you are not dying.  If you have persistent racing heart you may want to get a monitor to try and catch it and have a cardiologist look at the results.  When it races do you know how fast it is beating?  Does it seem to start and stop in what feels like one beat or does it slow down gradually?  Were you doing anything prior to it racing?  I would worry less about the ECG and just see a doctor to try and get to the bottom of the racing heart episodes.  It could possibly be from the heart or it could be from outside the heart from things like thyroid issues or anxiety but a doctor will do a better job investigating than an ER will.  Take care.
