Sinus Tachycardia help

I was diagnosed with this in Dec 2010,my bloods showed I had an unknown "infection" as my white cells were super high and red cells were super low causing dizzyness, cant have hot showers or sit in the sun to long-all raises my pulse. 24/7 fast heart rate and couldnt even work, all the normal side effects and more...went on holiday came back carried on my holiday then back to work...Now mid March I feel I'm getting it back-all this time its 24/7 fast heart rate whcih the doctor and Cardiologist said the rythym was normal and not serious but I had antiboitics to make the jist of it go away. However these days -I try and eat well, exercise a bit but not much coz it raises my pulse up high, I feel its affecting my social life as I can't go out and do much.

Any ideas as my doctors say i dont need anything like pills...fish oil would help?

Hi. I hope you are feeling better soon. Make sure you check with your doctor, but could you be coming down with a bug? Here in the US there are a lot of sicknesses going round. I am actually sick right now myself and it makes my pvcs worse.
