I've live with benign pvc's (double, triplets, quadruplets) for the past 6 yrs, although is strange to me my doctors tells me they are not life threating. 'mI currently on Norvasc 15mg daily. I also take Omega 3 as a supplement and Magnesium (which helps balance), however please be advise this has work for me and I've consulted my doctor before commencing any regime that might alter my system. This being told, remember to always as your doctor. And is has not been easy leaving and coping with life under this circumstance. Your voice will be heard and i'm glad I could help and talk. Cheers!!!
I had afib. Once I returned to sinus rythm for a few months, I noticed an increase in skipped (or premature) beats that was advancing over time. A follow up with my Cardiologist said that he was unhappy with my BP of 138/90. I started Diovan 80 mg daily which has reduced the BP to approx 110/70. This has definitely reduced my skipped beats.
You are doing the right thing. We got your message and you have found a place where MANY of us have been there. Personally, I have PVC's regularly (skipped beats) and SVT (really fast rate) every once in a great while. I've also suffered fainting spells due to bradycardia. So...talk to us....what can we do for you???
