can i please get some input from members about pvc's and pacs

For anyone that had a lot of pvc's but now are controlled with meds, how many "bad days" do you get?  Like get a few noticable pvc's in the range of 10+?

Short story.

Pvc's and some pacs for 6 years, roughly 10k a day.

Put on meds and they go away, except once in a while i get a couple a day and then they go away again.

But some times i get bad runs.  Yesterday i was kneeling down and started getting pacs, i thought they were pvc's, but they were pacs.  Today, getting into my wifes car, boom, pacs.  in fact, i get out, nothing, i get back in, pacs.

wtf...

Like yesterday, today i hopped on my tredmill, walked and ran, felt great.

One thing I and many others can tell you is that palpitations are unpredictable.  With meds, without meds, they can come and go as they please, often without rhyme or reason.  If you've been told they are benign, the best medicine of all is to live your life and not allow these to ruin it for you.  When I was completely freaking out about 100 ectopics in a day, my cardiologist told me a couple of his patients had thousands (!!) per day, and were still doing just fine.  Ectopic beats that occur at rest and vanish with exercise are not usually the type to worry about.

I'm "controlling" my anxiety and PACs with Metoprolol and Zoloft (beta blocker and SSRI). I guess I feel a couple of them a day now.

Sometimes, I can get 8-10 a minute, and it often happens with changes in position, lying on the left side, kneeling, stretching, etc. It's normal, not a big deal but of course it freaks me out, as always :-)
