do you notice your PVCs/PACs more....

Do you notice if you get more PVCs/PACs and palpitations more when your heart beat is higher or when it is low?  Lately, I have been working on a lot of projects around the house, and never seem to get them.  However, when I sit down for the evening, I get them non-stop.  I am on Acebutolol, and my resting heart rate is between 58 - 60.  I wore my exercise heart monitor yesterday to monitor my heart rate.  No matter what I am doing, my heart rate NEVER goes above 78 - 80, but I do tend to get a lot fewer PVCs/PACs and palpitations when my heart rate is at that level.

Just curious if anyone has any input.

My pvc's are totally random.....I absolutely cannot find a trigger for them. They don't increase or decrease with my activity level. However, onset of svt has ony happened when I am at rest (like watching tv/working on the computer) or sleeping.

I notice mine anytime, but, I have to say, when my heart rate is slower, they will feel worse, I guess because the pause is longer. I hate them, they scare me to death.

I'm the same way, always noticed this.  When I'm getting them really bad I'll exercise to make them stop.
