heart problems

my heart slows down a little too much while I sleep, I,ve cought this on several ocasions and felt the need to pump my chest, what should I do if according to medical examinations I'm as healthy as a horse? should I worry?

P.s., a slow heart rate with no symptoms is usually not something to worry about at all.  If it increases with exertion then it's working fine.  My rate can dip down to 48 in the evening and I feel great.   Never thought to be concern about it.   I've also been checked out for other reasons so I don't sweat it.
