I had had an ekg about 5 yrs ago that showed t wave changes, the cardio doc did an echo and said everything lipidd fine.  Should I be concerned about getting it checkd again??  I have high blood pressure and pre diabetic plus my last blood work sheer that my cholesterol was a little elevated....I don't know what to do??  I also suffer from anxiety so I constantly worry about my health!!

I had that test along time ago and he did the echo and said I was fine.  I'm just wondering about it.....I don't have shortness of breathe or anything like that.  I'm just paranoid about my heart.  I took a healthy heart scan and they said that I my score was 0 and I had no plaque or calcium build up

Do you have any cardiac symptoms such as shortness of breath, palpations, dizziness, etc?

Your doctor would be the best person to advise you on the next course of action (if any is needed) and that would be based on your overall symptoms.  I'm not sure what t wave changes are or mean but the possibility of having a simple follow up EKG is something you could discuss with your doctor.  This will give a lot of information about your heart health.

I hope this helps a little.
