odd arrhythmia years apart anyone else?
I would love to get some feedback fro anyone,either the same experience,or your opinion on what happened.
March 2003 sitting at work,feeling fine. felt like heart and all bodily functions stopped.then,as if faucet turned off at top of head and blood slowly drained from brain,(like a machine crculating liquid had stopped,and the liquid was draining out).fell forward against table and heartgave one huge flip then shuddered in place. heart started and I felt heat shoot into my head.
January 2007 walking thru kitchen feeling fine,same sequence of events.fell on counter and had same heart response then heat shooting to head.
I didn't seek help until 2007 because I thought 1st episode was a bizarre reaction to hbp meds. so i weaned myself off the meds. the 2nd time I wasn't on bp meds,so I knew that wasn't the reason.
my dr put me on Toprol.then I had avery minor same scenario in november 2007.
I had a3 year monitor implanted in April 2006,electrophysiologist coudn't cause an event to occur during ep study,so I need to experience another one for him to determine the "mechanism" involved. asi told him,Iget to record my own death.he didn't find that humorous. I looked up stokes adams attacks which seem to describe what happened. he says could be but wants to confirm PLEASE any responses would be appreciated. I feel like I am the only one like this.

I really wish someone could give me some feedback on what happened to me. i'm really at a loss.
if it is stokes adams attacks a pacemaker is implanted. maybe the toprol made the minor attack less significant and perhaps meds might be the answer.
So if they find something significant,will they remove it and take whatever course of action needed?Or keep it in there just in case so they can keep an eye on you?
the 3 year monitor is new. it is a revolving loop recorder,constantly recording. if you experience something,you have aunit to place over your heart to freeze frame the incident. whenever you have recorded you go into the pacer clinic and they raed it for you and reset. imade atypo in my other message it was implanted april 2008 not 2006
Wow Hey there, I had no idea they had 3 year monitors to implant!!!!!!!!!!!!!Does he see everything recording while your away from him???
