Without knowing anything else about you, I can tell you that a resting HR of 140 is way too high. If they put you on metoprolol for your heart rate and your BP could not handle it, your BP will drop, your HR will increase and this will cause your body to compensate other ways, too, like a respiratory rate increase. When you breathe that fast, you blow off CO2 and that will show a 100% O2 SAT. Most people's SATs are normally at 98 to 99...Not a big deal at all.
Possibly your medication is not right for you.
Also, when you have an anxiety attack it IS possible for your BP to drop, as well as increase, although not as common.
Tell your doc. How is your thyroid???
I would assume that your blood pressure would be far higher during an anxiety attack. My BP climbs at least 15-20 mmHg with anxiety, from 110/65 or so to at least 130/75.
That said, it's possible to have low blood pressure with anxiety. You have a respiratory rate of 30 which is very high, but your O2 sat is 100% which may be a sign of hyperventilation. You need a more complex blood gas analysis to determine that, though.
My advice: See an internist. They often have a less narrow perspective (also including lungs, blood chemistry, etc) than a cardiologist which usually only focus on the heart.
Your heart rate may be high to compensate for a low blood pressure and it is essential that you find a cause for your condition. You can't accept those symptoms.
Your BP sounds quite low 90/41 and it probably explains why your dizzy the whole day long and also 140s resting heart rate is high,02 sat is fine at 100%
I think you need at least see a cardiologist and see what they have to say before assuming its all anxiety.
