Arbutus combined trail offered -VTP-300 and AB-729 with nivolumab ; any suggestion

Hi,

My Hbsag is 3800 which is very high and on borderline on this trail, GSK bepirovirsen declined my participation.
I have offere this trail VTP-300 and AB-729 with nivolumab which also shows atleast 0.8 log reduction in earlier study. I am not sure if I should do.

Any suggestion please.

I declined my offer I had (they offered twice). I had a very similar HBSAG and didn't feel it was worth the time to not have a guaranteed cure so I stayed on meds for now. My biggest gripe with this trial was the use of Interferon..... I was not about to give myself side effects for no guaranteed cure. I'm now waiting on what's next in the pipeline. I prefer my chance on an oral pill and most people want this and don't want an injection.
