Can Hep B & C show up years later as something else?

Can having hepatitis B and C years ago cause other liver or spleen ailments later in life in another form or area of the body?  I was hospitalized with severe Hep B over 40 years ago.  Recovered .  Then twenty years ago to my shock, I suddenly fell ill with all the same symptoms - and tested positive several times for Hep C.  Was tranferred to hematoligist team and retested again and he finally came back negative.  My husband passed away from waiting on liver transplant.  
I am now almost 63 and feel so weak and awful bone and muscle pain .  Now I have a terrible pain and tender on left side like under rib.  Could all these past illnesses come back and attack the spleen for example?  I had some blood work done about 3 months ago and all looked fine.  I go back to Dr. 11/30th.  How can I tell them or should I ask for them to find out why I still feel this way.  Are you at any liberty to suggest how to approach my Doctor?

Don't post that here because health insurance case managers would love this info to deny many of us necessary tests and treatments :)

p.s. Since you started talking about oxidative stress - what is the strategy to get rid of it and to normalize the immune system?

I was suggested UBI and 2 gram a day vitamin C infusions? Would that work?

hbxag is very important for hbv life cycle and not well known, i dont think it has any direct activity in replication but without it hbv infection cannot be sutained

no it is menthioned in studies on hbx antigen which is used to prolong infected cells life preventing apoptosis and oxidative stress killing

hcv has 100% clearance on new antivirals but you dont have it since you cleared it already, doctors are incredibly ignorant maybe they just saw your protective hcv antibodies and thought of virus
