Can I breastfeed while on viread

So my viral load last time I check was 290, doctor said it's to low for me to infect other and my husband my type is call Hep B persistent...(can some one explain what this means to me?)

But more importantly she has told me to take viread since I am pregnant so it can show undetectable, it was undetected before I even got pregnant I don't know if pregnancy brought it back, or because I stoped taking viread..

But my main question here after I give birth can I still breastfeed If the virus shows undetected, can I breastfeed while I am on viread will it be safe for the baby, I really want to breastfeed doctor says She does not know yet but will look more into it..

What do others know about breastfeeding and viread

What effects Will it have if at have on my baby while pregnant but more while breastfeeding
