I am hap b carrier about 7 years . possible to become a father ?

I am hap b carrier about 7 years taking tenofovir from last 2 years , i want to be father but my semen analyses showed low spam count /  isnt it for hapatice b and tenofovir?    yes my wife is virus free as she was vaccined
