Need help with HepB results

Hi,

I was recently diagnosed as HepaB reactive unexpectedly owing to a job offer application abroad, for Brunei.
Can you help me understand the results of my tests and how would I know if it is acute or chronic?

Results as follows:

HBsAg           - reactive
HBs antibody  -  non-reactive
HBc antibody  -  reactive

Would appreciate your swift reply. Thanks.:)

It is chronic if you are HBsAg reactive in two tests at least 6 months apart.  So if this was your first test, test again in 6 months.
