Do I have HIV

Between May 2013 to July 2013 I have several unprotected sex with a lady who made me believe she is hiv negative. In the middle of August 2013 I did an hiv test using rapid antibody test and it came back negative. In September 2013 I moved to live with my wife in africa who I know is hiv negative as she tested when she was pregnant and I know she has been faithful. Around October 2013, I had protected sex with a girl I met at the club. The sex lasted only a few minutes and the condom did not break to the best of my knowledge. The condom was however given to me by this lady.

In December 2014 I had about 3 boils in my ampit, one burst after applying some medication on it and the other disappeared after 2 weeks when I took anti-biotics. That time I attributed it to change of deodorant which I bought in Africa. In February 2014, I felt unwell and did typhoid test which came positive. I treated it with ciprofloxacin which was prescribed by the doctor. I felt better after taking the complete course.

But after a month, I had that same feeling again and tested for typhoid and malaria but they were all negative. since that time I have always been feeling discomfort in my body as if I have malaria. I have had occasional flus and diarrhea. I have done many test like full blood count, lft, kidney, cholesterol, sugar and all came ok.

Recently, I mild body itching and anal itching with no rash which come and go as well as mild tinglig in my feet. I recently had flu after my return from a business trip to the UK and had mild night sweats on 3 different occasions.  I am begining to think whether I have hiv. I am so scared to go for the test again. someone please advice.
