like me except that i have geno d but actually i have a far relative dyed of liver cancer too, its where hbv originated before infecting probably my grandmonther and my mother
i started with etv and it took about 7 months to get it und despite i had very low hbvdna to start with, complexity of mutants is what can slow down hbvdna response but with tdf you have no worries because it has no mutants and even if it takes 12 months you have no worries

Thanks for the information. Maybe I have too high expectation for Viread that I thought 3 months should be enough to dramatically reduce the hbvdna level.
Actually my personal goal for the treatment is to reduce the risk of cancer. My father died of liver cancer at his fifties. My HBV Genotype is C. There's also BCP mutation 'A1762T, G1764A' on my test reports. Seems all that indicates higher cancer risks.
3-6 months generally, 12 months for those with very high hbvdna
but keep in mind that hbvdna und does not mean no hbv repplication, hbv keeps replicating inthe liver anyway and keeps infecting new cells, antivirals are not potent enough to stop hbv lifecycle
alt the higher the better, alt means your immune system is killing nfected cells
Anyway I will continue take those produced in Canada for the following month, and see my life would be much better.
Normally how long would it take to fully suppress HBV DNA?
In April, my DNA is 120E6 IU/ml. My ALT was around 90(10~55)
they are the same if fake hbvdna and alt will jump sky high
antivirals are not supposed to improve life quality or cure hbv, they can only prevent liver damage or regress liver damage
as to life quality today i can say i was better with advanced cirrhosis than today with regressed cirrhosis under tenofovir+entecavir.energy levels, mood and possibility to work long hours was much better with advanced cirrhosis than under antivirals.today i am able to work less than 50% with much less energy
