Hello ! Just relax...don't worry. It appears to me from your report that you have jaundice since Hepatitis A is reactive. This is a waterborne disease but curable. You may have fever, vomiting sensation if not vomiting, yellowish eyes etc. You meet one Hepatologist and show the reports to him / her. I would suggest, you also check your vitamin levels particularly vitamin D. If low, then start taking medicines. I am quite sure that you must be having vitamin D deficiency.
If not done earlier, then get yourself vaccinated to protect yourself from HBV. Drink more water but boiled water only. Take light food and avoid all oily & junk foods.

I'm nervous about hepatitis B
Says borderline A? And the reference range is eaither reactive or non reactive. Do you know what this is?
Antibody is borderline not antigen. It means, as i understand, ur immune system is weak which needs to improved. Your existing immune system can't fight against HBV if u get infected by HBV since ur antibody is weak. Hence, u may check HBsAg again in some other lab to confirm. But i feel that you have Hepatitis A not B. And this is curable. Meet a Hepatologist. He will advise further.
As report suggests, your antibody is weak to fight HBV if you get infected. It means, your immune system is weak which needs to be improved. I don't think, you are Hepatitis B infected. But you have jaundice since hepatitis A is reactive. This is curable. Meet one Hepatologist to get advice further on this. You can re-test HBsAg again in some other lab to confirm if your are HBV infected. I feel, there is nothing to be worried about.
