Helping the liver

I suppose you've heard, read, or tried using these vegetables, but I can say that they helped me a lot during my recovery period (at first my ALT were 3200, ref. value is 9 - 50, but in only 3 weeks they came down to 215, and eventually came down to 10). They are great for the liver.
* one beetroot
* three carrots
* a lot of fresh parsley
* half a lemon or yellow grapefruit juice
Grind these components and make a perfectly healthy salad rich in vitamins. You can add spinach, too. Eat it every day.
The other thing that helped me a lot was grape juice (but made of dark red grapes - condor). I drank about 2 liters of it daily, but the juice must not be bought in the supermarket. It must be homemade or similar (I bought it from some people who had their own vineyard, and no chemicals were added). It clears the blood and is also good for the general health.
This may sound a little bit weird, but when one is in need, they try anything, as I did (and still do). I am considering  using The Bioptron from Zepter, which works by using phototherapy and helps in the bio-processes of the cells. I have it for more than 5 years, and it has helped me a lot with acne and toothache. My mother had a huge scar from a surgery, and by using this device now she only has a "mild scratch" on her skin.
I will post updates regarding my progress with the Bioptron phototherapy since I am going to be a guinea pig (I came up with this treatment by myself).
My best

No, but some doctors say that I might have an occult hepatitis B because for three years now my results are the same:
HBsAg negative
Anti HBs negative
Anti HBc positive
They don't know why my body hasn't created Anti HBs (I did a PCR too, and it showed absence of HBV in blood).
I'm not saying that it's a cure, of course, I am only saying that that kind of diet helped me with my ALT/AST - the doctors wanted to know what I ate because they were surprised by my rapid decrease of ALT/AsT. They didn't prescribe me any medications, and said that although in an acute phase these values come in normal over a couple of months, mine were surprisingly low in just a short time.

Sorry for my English, I should have written GRATE these components... instead of GRIND - there's a difference.

I forgot to mention that I hope I will have Anti HBs eventually, since my HBsAg has been negative for more than two and a half years.
