Hepatitis B

After 5 yrs . antiviral tharepy my father's hbsag results shows
        
            Dr.lal path lab.  HBSAG QUANTITAVE. - 0.01
                 After one week
                   SRL LAB.     HBSAG.          -    NOT DETECTED
             DR LAL PATH LAB  ANTI HBS-    0.95
          AFTER ONE MONTH
              Local lab HBSAG Kit test   HBSAG-   NEGATIVE
what should I need to do in future

kindly share all the details viz.baseline of Hbsag,Hbvdna,Hbeag,Alt,ast etc.details of tablets taken,food habit etc for other members guidance.

After one week means it was cross checked from another reputed lab in india as HBSAG CONFIRMATION TESTand it shows as NOT DETECTED

Very happy to hear Hbsag is negative after a prolonged period of 5 years treatment.kindly share all the details viz.baseline of Hbsag,Hbvdna,Hbeag,Alt,ast etc.details of tablets taken,food habit etc for other members guidance.As stephen said, take the Hbsab test.

HBeAg ? HBV DNA ? and most interesing HBsAg quantitive ?

Not exactly clear what you mean by "after one week" and "after one month".

In any case, it looks like your father is clearing HBsAg, but no sufficient HBsAb yet. So talk to your doctor about him stopping antiviral in the future after HBsAb is greater than 10 IU/L or some way to boost the quantity of HBsAb.
