Hepititas panel

HBT
Can someone explain to me my results? My physician assistant said I was diagnosed with Hepatitis, and pointed at hepatitis B, but I have been fully vaccinated for the disease. She told me I could have got it as far out as a year ago, and I should be recovering from it in a few months??? Could she have been wrong? Here are my results

Here are my laboratory report results

Hepatitis A antibody IgM -----------Nonreactive
Hepatitis A Antibody, Total -----------Reactive
Hepatitis B Core, IgM-------------------Nonreactive
Hepatitis B Core Antibody, Total----------------Nonreactive
Hepatitis B Surface Antibody------------------29.1H(based on interpretation this is Reactive)
Hepatitis B Surface Antigen --------------Non Reactive
Hepatitis C Virus Antibody ----------------Nonreactive

My ALT was 58--------------Normal range is 10-48.

I went back, you are right, the other physician assistant interpreted it wrong and misdiagnosed me. It caused way to much stress. Is there anyway I can take legal action?

I think your physician assistant is wrong. You have tested negative to Hb Surface Antigen, and you actually have antibodies to the Surface Antigen - all these are consistent with you being vaccinated in the past and has immunity to HBV infection.

I think they are concerned with your mildly elevated level of ALT. The most likely cause is fatty liver, but there are other causes too, such as taking certain medications, excessive drinking (can't be you, of course LOL).

Hope I got it right.
