You really should tell her bc if she gets pregnant the first thing they test is hep b. She might be immune to it but she needs to get tested it's really not fAir for her to stay in the dark. Drinking is a big no no if u have hep b.

Here are the answers.
If I am already diagonised with HeptatisB, will taking the injection help?
- will not help. What you can do best is check your condition fully if infection is acute or chronic by going through some more blood tests like HBeAG, Anti-HBeag, ANTI-HBC IgM, ANTI-HBsAG and HBV DNA. Re-test after six months HBsAG to verify infection still there or not?
I do not want to inform my fiancee about my condition. Can I have normal sex with her?
-  Honestly inform your partner about your condition, protect her against HBV. After three shots given to her , confirm protection by ANTI-HBsAG titres
I am a social drinker and have my food outside home? Are these ok?
- Give up drinking fully. Alcohol is a poison to liver which is already suffering because of HBV. Try to take liver friendly diet.

My suggestion to you is first try to understand your condition by reading / knowing more about HBV and positive thinking
