Results question

Hep B surface ab >1000
unfortunately that's all that's on the test results.

I've been feeling ill for months, I've got a lot of hep symptoms especially yellow eyes and apparently I was infected at some point.

I was assured by my doctor, who didn't even tell  or ask me about the result, that such a high antibody count means the body naturally cured the virus and I don't have a chance of spreading it. Until a full panel has been done and I know for sure I don't have the antigen this is false information correct?

That can't be determined without at least testing for antigen. Up to 25% of chronic carriers have both antigen and anti body, this has been  such a nightmare.
