Inactive HBV carrier

Hi Friends,
                  I'm HbsAg positive since 2 yrs. My HbeAg is negative and Ati HBe is positive and HBV_DNA_PCR is negative since 2 yrs. My ALT is also normal from 2yrs. No symptoms also. Doctor has classified me as an Inactive HBV carrier.. I haven't had any medication since 2 yrs, But today (1/12/2012) doctor has given me Lamivir HBV 100mg tablets once in a day in the morning.
                     Now my question is What is the status of my HepB and Shall I start this medication to bring HbsAg negative.

how long he took goleic with tdf to become hbs undetectable ? vit d3 was as high as iPTH allows or some regular dose like 10.000 ?

Gcmaf goleic is injections and sublingual, sublingual is weak but a member with hbsag 16iu/ml could make it undetectable without hbsab (so sometimes hbsag is detected).
he was on tdf+goleic+vit d3

he did not update so i dont know if he developped hbsab by now

i used goleic injected and nebulized, nebulized is reported as the most potent form of administration but i used it few times because it requires half a goleic vial which is quite expensive

Another thing you may try immediately is gcmaf -goleic from europe or gcmaf from saisei japan together with vit d3.i actually had good response during pegintf only when adding to it goleic-gcmaf and high dose vit d3

when taking vit d3 only i could only keep steady hbsag level but no decline, no vit d3 no gcmaf and only pegintf complete relapse and hbsag increase to baseline levles,

it is only my experience but it worths a try, response was immediate within days.unfortuantely i used gcmaf only the first 3 months and after the end of peg.maybe if i combo all 48weeks i could have achieved very low hbsag
