How often should I take a test?

Dear all:My antiHbs is about 471IU/L in 2012,June, 371IU/L in 2014,Jan and 200 in 2014,Sep.They drop quickly,and I don't know when should I take a test again.Cause one of my best friends get infected of HBV and we connect really often,I am wondering when should I take  vaccinum again?Last time I take it was when I was born,and now 21 years have passed.

Never, hbv gets chronic only at birth whe n the baby doesn t have a competent immune system.adults all clear by immu e system and you are even vaccinated.......even if hbsab goes und you keep memory

Thank you.I am courious about why my country in such serious HBV infection,almost 100 million people get infected.As I know HBV can not get infected by daily life like eating together.And most of them don't connect dangerous blood ever.
