Increase imunity system

Hi.

I have hepatitis B for almost 5 years. During this time viral lod was between 250-450 UI;  I done nothing for this. Last month viral load increase  at 1720 UI.
Does anybody knows how to increase imunity in order to keep viral load undectable? I read something about vit C, silimarin, vit D3 and so on, but I really don't if it works... Did anybody succed with this or , it is time to admit, I must start to take interferon or tenofovir or entecavir.

Thank you very much.

Thanks for your answerrs.
Asat, alat, bilirubine normal, fibroscan I forgot but no fibrosis.
Question: Why do you consider Atghbs so imoprtant? In time viral load increasing determine cirhosis and/or hepaocarcinoma. In my opinion, for the people with Atghbe - the most imoprtant is to mentain low level or undetecable viral load.
I find nothing about Atghbs quantitative in EASL  indications for treatment:

Do the other tests fibro scan asat alat biliburine and all tests related to liver, because one test doesn't show if there is a damage or not.a set of test together wich allow wich decision should be taken.some times a low viral load  but a big damage

you should not take that decision,to go with antivirals or not. Do Hbsag test, this is more important then hbdna. Your Hbdna is still low according AASLD and ESL ,american and europian liver organization.
