Increased symptoms after entecavir medication

Hi, I've now been on entecavir for my chronic hepB for about half a year. The first few weeks or months, I had the feeling or impression that I was getting better and my symptoms were getting reduced. Unfortunately, starting from a few weeks ago, my situation has got worse. The main symptoms include whole body aches; my body feels as if I was beaten severly; almost all my joints ache, they are stiff, and when I move them they make a lot of cracking sounds. My muscles are also weak, and I cannot stand up longer because my knees are painful and my legs also shake. Also my energy level is severely reduced, and I'm struggling to do my daily routine.
This is realy a terrible feeling for me, because when I started with the medication, I was hoping that these symptoms would go away or markedly reduced. Now I don't know what to do, I'm starting to think whether it is the medicine that is doing this, or whether my hbv infection has gotten worse. It is very frustrating to be in this situation. Do you have similar experience and could you suggest what I may need to do? Thanks in advance for all answers.

I just started Vemlidy in June and I noticed that when I eat lots of fruits and vegetable I feel better, snd when I ate unhealthy food like sweets, cookies, and fatty food, I feel nauseaous  with headache.  I also have joint pains even before i started treatment.  My Gastro recommended to take Turmeric liquid and to lose weight. I am about 10 lbs overwright.

You should check your vitamins D. It is know that people with chronic diseases has low vit D levels. My levels are also very Low and I feel some joints discomfort here and there. My doc is actually writing an academic research proposing 8000ml of vitamins d per day. Good luck and let us know

Thanks for your reply, yeah, I've been supplementing with vitamin D3 for about three years since I knew about my chronic hbv, and now my blood test shows I've a little bit more than the normal range.
