Eventually developed resistant to LAM. Liver biopsy showed F2 3 years ago.

Switched to Truvada (Tenofovir + Emtricitabine) for 3 years now. HBV-DNA undetectable after 3 months of Truvada.

My doctor just refered me to a study GS9620 from Gilead.

Should I go for this study?

I see now there is a trial with virologically surpressed patients. If you decide to participate please post back your HBSAG results and the final outcome as we are all very interested in new drugs

Try Interferon, your hbsag level is moderate so its worth a try if you can keep TDF and add IFN.

I think 9620 trial is for treatment naive patients. You can read more here

Earlier HBsAg tests resulted POSITIVE ( > 250 IU/mL)
This time I changed to a different lab.

Have no idea what HBsAg dynamic is.
HBV-DNA undetectable for almost 3 years ( < 29 IU/mL)

AST, ALT have been normal for 3 years. The same with abominal ultrasound.

I monitor every 6 months.
