hep B reactive

I am positive in HBS Ag. So I took the hepa-profile examination and this was the result:

HBsAg = Non Reactive
Anti - HBS = reactive
HBeAg = Non reactive
Anti- HBe = reactive
Anti - HBc IgG = reactive
Anti - HAV IgM = Non reactive

what does this mean? Do I need to undergo treatment? Am I highly - infective?

>>>what does this mean?

If you are HBsAg nonreactive and anti-HBs reactive, you are immune to HBV.

Best.
