My HBD DNA count showed 50

Please do i need medication?my doctor said i don’t  need  drug for now..But my concerns now is am not in anyway feeling better,i get sick almost every time with pains all over my joints...please advice me on what to do

You could get this measured again and it could show 5,000. These tend to fluctuate or sometimes they stay the same. Keep up a healthy diet, find out if you are in an active or inactive stage (you are likely chronic with a low count like that but chronic cases like myself have gone active) and  definitely follow advice of doctors. I suggest a good liver specialist or hepatologist to watch you further.
