Hi guys. I check my SGPT level and its 60. Im verry sad guys. I dont know what to do. Help me what can i do. Im a seafarer and no any medicine here in a ship. I have 7 months contract and im scared.

I didnt take vitamin d3 only essential forte. Vitamin d3 need for my liver?
Are you an alcoholic? Just asking as that often is raised from alcoholism. You'll have to tell someone. They may release you from your contract for medical reasons.

I have hepa B. And i take tenofovir almost 4 years. And this year my sgpt increasing. I dont know what to do
