Thanks for your contribution and time plus efforts; please when you said that some people recover and some don´t, do you mean from chronic hepatitis? or acute hepatitis.

unfortunately there's no cure for Chronic hep b, but you can control it. Most likely you'll live a normal life and die with something else
I think that very small section of people who recover need to have their dna looked at closely
there is no cure for hepatits B at this time..
"success" stories are to e told by people that had an acute infection and cleared it within first 6 months of their infection.
after that if you still have it then you are chronic and one you are chronic you are most likely to carry it for it life.
there is a 0.05% to a max of 2% chance that people "spontaneously" recover from it on their own.. with or withouttreatment.. their bodies kind of figure the virus out an start developing antibodies for it.. this is called " resolved hbv" ...
science doesnt know why some people recover and some dont.
