Targeting mitochondrial dysfunction can restore antiviral activity of CD8 T cells

Link to the full document: http://pdfsr.com/pdf/targeting-mitochondrial-dysfunction-can-restore-antiviral-activity-of-exhausted-hbv-specific-cd8-t-c

Any thoughts on this?

If one were to try this on oneself, any ideas on what dosage one might try if not the normal dose?

i use mito Q from very long time, no effect on hbsag but i also use tenofovir maybe stopping tenofovir it would be possible to check how CD8 Tcell work but i am not willing to take these risks.i ll read the paper later today interesting anyway

What dose have you been taking?

Why do you think that tenofovir may inhibit the effect? (I would have thought it would help the effect)
10mg daily as antiage

i think it hides most of the virus from immunr system, stopping tenofovir after many years of treatments leads to hbsag loss in a percentage of patients independently of any mitochondrial antioxidants, so letting free some low virus may help immune system
anyway i think percentage of hbsag loss would be low anyway, better wait for drugs to clear hbsag
Did you read the paper on mitoq that i linked to above though? I know it was only in vitro, but the results seemed pretty interesting to me. Do you think so? (I see you do some research on hbv)
no just check all latest research, in vivo it doesn t work on me, hbsag stable on tdf

(you can buy MitoQ online easily. The other thing they mention is only available for laboratory use)
