Viread question

Ive been on viread for about 4 years now. Im undetectable but I still experience side effects which I assume everyone does. But as of the last few months Ive been experiencing what I think is Bone Thinning. My bones feel very weak and fragile as I continue to take viread. I cant workout anymore because its relatively hard. I was wondering what my options are in this situation?

for kidneys problem:
be sure vit d25oh is optimal levels (50ng at least)
liposomal resveratrol, curcumin, glutathione
nac
1 tea spoon or half a tea spoon of baking soda a day
coq10

liposomes,coq10 and baking soda are the most effective backed by studies and human trials.coq10 or simple baking soda allowed people on trials to get off hemodialisis when little kidneys function was left

I have been on Viread for 10 yrs. no side effects since I am an athlete and do exercise everyday. I have bone thinning as well. I would recommend exercise to keep your bones from thinning too much. I had abnormal kidney function 6 months ago and doctor told me to split Viread in half...which I know think was a bad direction since I may create resistance to Viread.

I am on tenofovir too, have no problems with my bones or have any other health problems, I have been on vit D for a while now, infact my antibodies are very strong that they fight off any other disease like common cold and cough, I cant remember when I last had them, I take a  lot of vitamin C, I use to take a glass of milk before going to bed but stopped when I read a post here saying it is not good for my condition.

trial has proven that tenofovir has nothing to do with the bones of hbvers under long term treatment, but that the universal vit d deficiency is.did you work on it?is your vitd25oh 90-100ng/ml since you started any hbv treatment?
