Hello,anyone pls???Im about to take vit. E and vit C as my supplements,and Im drinking vita milk(soya milk)...any suggestion??what can u say?

vit C, only liposomes works or injected, other forms are not absorbed to have effect
vit E, only natural blends of vit E are very useful.the synthetic one is only one type of vit E and not as useful as the natural blends of all vit E types
