What is RO7020322 - Roche's HBV antiviral in phase 1?

Roche has initiated a Phase 1 clinical trial of a HBV antiviral drug in New Zealand. It is in capsule form, It is unlikely to be the DNA vaccine being developed in conjunction with Innovio (INO-1800). Could it be its TLR7 agonist? So what is it?

The Hepatitis B Foundation has listed this as an HBsAg inhibitor on their updated drug watch page. Credible source?  Stab in the dark? Old news?

Yes, it looks no detail can be found regarding this compounds mode of action. In the protocol of the NZ Committee it only mentions "it inhibits the formation of viral components".
