Ok Satish, first of all, do not worry. Although doctors would tell you that there is no cure for HepB, there is plenty of research going on and many medicines are available to prevent you from becoming sick or developing serious disease.
My advice: go to a good Gastroenterologist. First find out which doctor has a good reputation for hepatitis/liver related problems. Before going to him, get these basic tests done:
HbsAg (quantitative)
HbeAg
HBVDNA by PCR
LFTs (ALT, AST, Bilirubin, Alkaline Phosphate)
Liver Ultrasound and Fibroscan (those would probably require a doc's prescription).
There are many very useful discussions going on here about Hepatitis B. After you have your results, please go through these Hepatitis B forums on this website, and share your results with us.
Also, which country are you from? Ask your countrymen here for good docs in your city.
Hope you stay well.
