hepa b aboard

I would like to ask if there is a change for my hubby to work aboard even he has hbe positive and hepa be reactive? please help us....

It would depend on where "abroad" is and its laws governing chronic illness, HepB, etc.  Check with the abroad's dept of health or equivalent.
