hepatitis or IBS???

So I have had the following symptoms

Persistant sore throat
Loose and hard stool
Tender lymph
Mouth sores
Back tingling
Burning belly
Abdominal pain

The other night I had 2 glasses of wine. With in 15 minutes I had diarrhoea. Then in the middle of the night I was awakened by a sharp pain in the right upper back which persisted for most of the day. I then had a very dark almost black stool, which could have been from the wine. Has anyone with hbv had the same kind of response to alcohol? Or could this be ibs? Any insight is appreciaited. Thank you.

Thanks for your feedback and concern. I have an appointment on Wed.to see a gastro doc. So has anyone with HBV had an immediate adverse reaction to drinking alcohol?

It seems really wierd since I can usually drink a bottle of wine with no problem, and with just two glasses I get sick. This is the second time this has happened in the last month.

black, tarry stools may indicate GI bleed.  Go see a doctor.
