It sounds like they put her on treatment. She says "one tablet". I wonder if they gave her Lamivudine.
INR means "International Normalized Ratio". It's a system to standarize the results of blood coagulation tests. It's certainly not a test that can tell you whether you have good immunity or whether you can be "cured".
If the coagulation tests are normal, that may mean that a person doesn't have cirrhosis. Maybe that's what they meant.
And she's only 19. That's probably why they think she has "high immunity power".
