ok i think i get your questions.

1- there is current cure for Hep B. better medications are introduced constantly to control the replication of the virus in your body but no current medicine to cure the disease.

2-  what is your complete Hep B profile ? can you list complete blood results for your hep B such as ALT, AST, HbeAg, HbeAb etc...... maybe it will be easier to learn more about the status of the disease.

3 - the person that you want to get married needs to be vaccinated . ( take the Hep B vaccine) and that way they are immuned to the virus . its a series of 3 shots taken over a period of 6 months. you dont want to have unprotected sex before  you complete all 3 shots. after that its life as normal. as for children, they are given the Hep B vaccine shot in the first 12 hours of thier lives so they are mostly immuned. if you live in a country other than the US where hep B vaccine shot is not regulated for newborns, make sure newborns get the vaccine right after they are born.

4- why is your doctor not giving you the shot ? well , have you taken any medcine whether by injection or by mouth ? if so then did you ask why the doctor has stopped it ? if you havent taken any type of treatment at all then you probably are in the inactive state and are living your life as a healthy carrier but i can not tell you any further details until you list your complete hep B and blood results .  not everyone with Hep B needs treatment . a lot of people live a normal life with medical monitoring every 3-6 months depending on the current status of the infected person at any given time.

do not worry NEHA, people with Hep B live a normal life. varies ofcourse from one person to the next but for the most part a normal life. they do need to take extra care of their diet, life style, and need to take care of their bodies. some need medicine and others dont. a friend on here says " most people die with Hep B but not from it" and that is a true statement. new sciences makes it easier for people to live with Hep B.
yes u can get married and have childrne. we are mostly married with children here on this forum . live healthy  thats all. talk more to your doctor and ask more questions and dont forget post what you can of your complete hep b profile and blood work results
