i was diagnosed of having a chronic hepatitis b

i'm a 3rd year nursing student which suddenly diagnosed of haiving a chronic hepatitis b 1 year ago... my viral count is almost 200millions... i was so depressed........

Last July 30 2010 I had undergo for confirmatory procedure for my Chronic Hepa B and I founded out this ******* **** last 2008 when I applied for a abroad. The doctor said that I have had a very very low counts of virus when I got the results and it was a good news from me because the eagerness and willingness was had a good result. Before I took the confirmatory procedure. I always take a herbal medicines named Saito Herbal Medicines came from Japan. 6 capsules per day before meals and also ECARMA wonder herbal tree I boiled it and use as my daily water for body cleansing specialized to clean all the bacteria inside our liver and it will always cause you to peed and also helps you to loss your weight as well.
Here's the result taken last July 30, 2010

                                  ULTRASOUND REPORT

The liver is not enlarged with homogenous and slightly hyperechoic parenchymal echopattern. No focal mass seen. The hepatic borber is smooth. Portal veins and tributaries are not remarkable.

The spleen is not enlarged with homogenous echopattern. Neither discrete mass nor focal lesion seen. The splenic border is smooth.


IMPRESSION: Mild Fatty Liver
                      Normal Spleen

That's why I lose weight right now from 99kilos to 78kilos right now. I have my proper diet too.

Doctor said that I had a very low counts of virus and I do hope that next confirmatory by this month will have a good result.

why not to eat fruits?

I'm taking vit c,e for supplement...eat a lot of vegetables but not fruits, less carbo...fat and protein is ok (needed for vit e to be dissolved)..in short more ulam (vege and protien), less carbo and artificial juice...absolutely no alcohol, softdrikns....exercise is needed also

such high VL is from immune tollerant if alt are normal, the best situation among cronic carriers
if so just monitor alt to stay normal and strat treatment only they will get elevated and hbeag will lower

Shock ang naging reaction nating lahat ng madiagnosed tayo  na meron tayong Hepatitis B. Ako nung una wala talaga akong alam sa naging result ng lab test ko ng mag-apply ako sa coast guard sa pagpapamedical nun tsaka ko lang nalaman ng naging pending yung application ko at binabalik ako para kausap ng doktor nila. Napakasaklap ng experience ko dun parang binabalik balik lang nila ako tapos pinaghintay ng mtagal at gumastos lang ako ng malaki kakabalik balik.
