no i will keep entecavir and ntz even if they might interfere with gcmaf
the immune system should restart working normal when nagalase reaches less than 0.95
Hi stef2011,
Do you give up NTZ now? Does it mean NTZ does not work for you? I'm waiting to hear the results from you on NTZ!
Good Luck Stef. :)
I hope nagalase test is being done only in European countries. It will take some years to come India
goodluck!
may it work, so there is hope for us all.
your updates are greatly appreciated :)
it is interesting to see that nagalase regulates immune suppression and infectivity of envellopped viruses being expressed on surface antigenes and several bacteria too:
hiv, flu virus, E. coli, Salmonella typhimurium, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, B.subtilis, Clostridium perfringens and Mycobacterium tuberculosis and various viruses rubella, measles, herpes simplex, parainfluenza (Sendai), influenza virus and HIV type 1
Pathogenic significance of alpha-N-acetylgalactosaminidase flu virus

gcmaf works to clear hbv
of course this is an hypothesis but it is certain that with such high nagalase it is not possible to have a strong immune response on hbv.
we will see if the lowering of nagalase towards healthy levels by gcmaf will affect hbsag quantity and clear hbv like it happened on hiv
i think that for such a high level of nagalase more than 24 weeks might be needed
these are the hiv trials and nagalase levels

i was checking the nagalase levels on human trials for hiv and cancers and actually my level is the highest of them all, only metastatic breast cancer patients have an initial Nagalase activity ranging from 2.32 to 6.28 nmole/min/mg, so close to mine
