have anyone here was diagnosed with hep B for more than 30 yrs . If you are , have been sick or hospitalized or been treated . pls share .

How long did you know your a carrier , or how long you've been diagnosed? Its very good to hear your not sick or hospitalized since. Did you follow any diet , what did you do ?
I have probably been infected for over 30 years. Not sick or hospitalized or treated yet.
