Your syptoms sound like your on treatment, severe flu like conditions.
Moahunters got the right idea about activity, it helps to increase your hemoglobin that in turn reduces fatigue and some aching. I ate soups and fruit and a ton of chocolate ice cream.
How far along now are you?

If you have just started treatment per your homepage, yes, it is normal. My bones ached a lot at times, but I found there were cycles of good weeks, bad weeks, good days, bad days. If you can keep yourself active, it is better I think. Treatment is a bit like a death spiral, if you fall into lethargy, it seems to feed on itself and get worse, so if you can, try your best to get outside and have a walk each day, even just a block up the street. It might be painfull in the short term, but I suspect the next day and the next, might be a little less because of your efforts.

Just my thoughts - good luck, keep at it!
