3, 2, 1 LIFT OFF

Have just taken first of meds tonite. 3 rivas with a fabulous dinner. Last hot bath is now down the drain. Will take the much discussed shot very soon chased by the 2 10pm inciveks. I truly hope that I can be as much of an insiration to the next new person as you all have been for me. I have written on the veks with black sharpie that shows the day and time, made an awesome weekly planner and did my laundry after my work day. Life is good and I hear that it can get a whole lot better. More to be revealed....

AHHHH, a good morning. Now that is a spectacular touch to a wonderful nights sleep. Only woke to take meds. Acupuncture this afternoon as per your hubby's blog. Hope he is doing better from your news this week.. Am having coffee out of my "Life Is Good" cup.....Have an amazing day!

Yes, did a spreadsheet as well. I am sure there will be plenty to learn about my current technique. am so sleepy from not sleeping last night that I hope that I am stable enough to do the shot. When its time, pretty sure the focus will be back. Thank you. Are we all still up because its med time? HA

I wrote the dates and times on my blister paks to begin with too. But my biggest help until everything became rote, was the spreadsheet I created with date, time, name of drug, food eaten with columns for each. I also marked off the number of bottled waters I drank each day. It gave me something tangible to focus on....and a way to decide which foods I could tolerate, and which were yuk to begin with.
