Bleeding gums

I have a terrible problem with bleeding, and spontaneously bleeding, gums.
Am 7 weeks into Incidious (Incivo) and Riba and Interfering. Have had my Riba reduced from 1200mg to just 400mg coz of alarmingly low haemoglobin. Had a blood transfusion at 4 weeks which was wonderful.
I wake up during the night to find my mouth full of clots and bleeding. Have to rinse and drink more water.
During the day I may be at the supermarket and I will feel the bleeding start. Just have to go somewhere and rinse my mouth and hope for the best.
Went for a dental checkup before starting Tx, and knew my gums were a bit dicey. But this is truly scary.
Anyone got any tips to manage this? Any tricks to reduce bleeding?

I have used hydrogen peroxide successfully  and one can buy it in toothpaste, also.

I had the same problem before and during treatment. The bleeding was unbelievable.
It is no longer a problem, thankfully.
Be careful with the Hydrogen peroxide, it eats the enamel off your teeth.

I have been using child's toothbrush from the beginning. Some one advised me to try cleaning with peroxide, so I started that today. It's a rather nasty and slightly traumatic Sx. Glad I'm pretty isolated where I am.

Have you tried using a child's toothbrush? Maybe a natural toothpaste and mouthwash too. I bleed all over the place too. Mouth and nose. I had to carry a towel in the car.
My doctor gave me a miracle mouthwash that I used for most of treatment also.
It does get better after treatment. Maybe lame advice, but I hope it encourages you. Talk with your doctor.
What about those batter operated oral rinsing things? lol. Can't think of the name of it. Might be gentle on your gums. I did like you and rinsed constantly with a mild natural rinse. They are pricy but worth it!
I'm so sorry. I had forgotten about that problem and I hated it.

Your platelet count is way to high then for that to be the problem...

Platelet count at beginning of Tx was 156, then dropped to 107, then slowly up again to 109. Had bloods yesterday, but haven't rung nurse yet.
Bugger. I was hoping for a magic jel or pill, or mouthwash.

What is your platelet count as low platelet levels will cause this and also nose bleeds, If that is the case not much one can do about it, as your platelets rise this will go away.......... Good luck to you.
