Blood in commode

I'm on week eleven of incivek and have noticed blood on the TP when I wipe but now it seems the hemorrhoids are so bad that I fill the commode with blood. I feel very weak after using the toilet and even look pale... I am on anacort suppositories for the hemorrhoidal discomfort but the bleeding is getting progressively worse. I use ice to calm the throbbing when need be, I use tucks to keep the area clean, and I use diaper cream to protect but I notice that the hemorrhoids seem to be protruding now and I get scared even at the thought of going to the bathroom... Any suggestions?

Advocate is right, so is Hrsepwrguy
I found that if I could prevent the problem it helped quite a bit, by taking the Loperamid/Imodium the stool is kept firmer, the diarrhea seems to be what makes the burning happen.  I ate a lot of apples to try to bulk up.
It does get better.  It doesn't seem so at the time time but it does
My best to you

Here are some suggestions that I posted in my journals.  These were suggestions from various people on this forum who were struggling with this difficult side effect:

This happened to my husband too.  It is not considered to be a "dangerous" situation, but it is certainly painful and terrible.  The bleeding is likely from hemorrhoids, which are likely caused by the inflammation that Incivek causes to the tissues.  My husband found it helpful to take Loperimide once a day to keep the stools a bit more firm.  He also found it helpful to use Balneol, baby wipes (alcohol free), and Desitin.  The basic philosophy is clean, dry, protect.  This side effect will end after you finish Incivek in one week, although you may still have hemorrhoids for awhile, but the symptoms won't be so bad once the medication that is inflaming the tissues is stopped.  Hang in there.
