It can be had just as cheaply from Canada, if this site can be trusted??? http://www.****.com It is made in India by a company called Cipla. If my insurance won"t cover it this was my planned source. I called BCBS expecting them to refuse but the lady said it was not going to be a problem in spite of it being prescribed "off label" jerry
