The viral load is constantly fluctuating as the body tries to fight off the virus.
If you do another viral load test tomorrow, it may be lower or higher. So it really does not indicate what condition your liver is in. Neither do the enzymes. Tests such as an ultrasound, MRI or liver biopsy will let you know what condition your liver is in.
It means you have hep c, liver enzymes are not a good indicator on the condition of your liver, mine were barely above the high mark when I was diagnosed at late stage 3 fibrosis/borderline cirrhosis
